There is only one light that effects the main subject the pill. It is a simple flash but harsh light is produced from the source so two white diffusers where placed directly over the flash head. The secondary subject is the bulls eye target. It will also act as a light modifier by cutting a small slit smaller than the pill allowing light to pass through lighting just the capsule.
